Master of Counselling Psychology, Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology, Graduate Diploma in Writing, Bachelor of Liberal Studies (Psychology and English Literature)
Iris has experience working with individuals in private practice, community health, and university settings. Through her Master’s research, Iris examined the use of creative writing practices to facilitate positive psychological change following trauma, known as post-traumatic growth. She is particularly interested in using writing practices to promote emotional healing and personal development.
Before working in psychology, Iris worked in the community sector and an agency environment, and she brings an understanding of these settings to her clinical work.
